Committee on Health and Human Services Public Hearing on B21-8

The Committee on Health and Human Services will conduct a public hearing on Bill 21-8, the "Health Benefit Exchange Authority Financial Sustainability Amendment Act of 2015". The purpose of this bill is to amend the Health Benefit Exchange Authority Establishment Act of 2011 to provide for the financial sustainability of the Health Benefit Exchange Authority.
