The Council’s Committee on Health will hold its FY16 &17 Performance Oversight Hearing of the DC Health Benefit Exchange Authority before Committee Chairman Vincent Gray. Mila Kofman, Executive Director of the DC Health Benefit Exchange Authority (HBX), will present testimony on behalf of the DC Heath Benefit Exchange. Supporters, Assisters and community leader will testify at the hearing about the work of DC Health Link over the past year and how it has performed.  They will also share thoughts and recommendations about the future of the online marketplace.
