Burwell will address the Howard University community about the progress the country has seen under the Affordable Care Act and provide a look at the upcoming Open Enrollment period. Secretary Burwell will speak about the administration’s goal of providing affordable healthcare to all Americans and will also have an opportunity to respond to some of your questions.
