Providence Hospital and Ascension Health are sponsoring the second annual Medical Mission at Home free health clinic.  This large event will feature dental care, medical testing, medical care, spriritual care, community services, and also the scheduling of follow-up onsite appointments to ensure continuity of care.  Other partners include the Howard University School of Dentistry, AmeriHealth, Trusted Health Plan, MedStar Family Choice and more.  DC Health Link certified Assisters will be on site to provide in-person education and enrollment assistance to District consumers as well as answer questions, and provide information about Medicaid options and financial help with plan premiums.  Follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram @DCHealthLink.
