The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine’s Roundtable on Health Literacy will host a one-day workshop, titled "Health Literacy and Health Insurance Literacy: How to Move Forward." This workshop will feature presentations and discussions surrounding the role and challenges of health literacy in health care reform. Through panels and moderated discussions, this workshop will explore topics including the role of health literacy in accessing health care and tips on attracting “the young invincibles.”  DC Health Benefit Exchange Authority Executive Director Mila Kofman will participate in a panel at 3:15pm providing the perspective of a State-Based Marketplace.
