The DC Health Benefit Exchange Authority Seeks Public Comments on the Draft Financial Sustainability Report
The Health Benefit Exchange Authority Establishment Act of 2011 requires the DC Health Benefit Exchange Authority (“HBX”) to provide a report to the Mayor and the Council of the District of Columbia by December 15, 2013 that identifies how the Authority will be financially self-sustaining by January 1, 2015.

The HBX requests that public comments on the report be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org by close of business Friday, December 6, 2013.
The Financial Sustainability Report was prepared by DCHBX staff based on work conducted by the HBX Financial Sustainability Working Group and the financial sustainability resolution adopted by the Executive Board on June 6, 2013. It has also been reviewed and revised by the Executive Board Finance Working Committee.
Comments will be reviewed and incorporated, as appropriate. The final report will be considered by the Executive Board on Wednesday, December 11, 2013.
