What/Who: DC Health Link’s (DCHL) final push toward the health insurance enrollment deadline on March 31st includes extended hours of operation at its Call Center. The DCHL Call Center will operate every Sunday in March beginning this weekend, Sunday, March 2.
The call number, (855) 532-LINK (5465), will be manned by trained Customer Service Representatives (CSR). CSR will be available to answer questions, provide information and offer enrollment assistance.
When/Where: The hours of operation are:
- March 2, 2014 - 10 am - 6 pm
- March 9, 2014 - 10 am - 6 pm
- March 16, 2014 - 10 am - 6 pm
- March 23, 2014 - 10 am - 6 pm
- March 30, 2014 - 8 am - Midnight

DC Health Link is the District’s online health insurance marketplace that allows visitors to shop, compare, and buy coverage that fits their needs and budgets.
Eligible residents have until March 31, 2014, to enroll in a health insurance plan through DCHealthLink.com. Those who enroll before March 15, 2014, will have benefits effective April 1, 2014. Small businesses can enroll through DCHealthLink.com at any point.
