WHAT:

With just days to go before the January 31 enrollment deadline, DC Health Link is ramping up its efforts to remind last-minute shoppers and to help get them enrolled in quality, affordable health coverage before the end of Open Enrollment.

“Fact Mobs” with DC Health Link assisters will be at Metro stations on Monday, January 30, 2017, and Tuesday, January 31, 2017, during morning and afternoon rush hours distributing information and directing consumers to the closest enrollment center. “Fact Mobs” are where assisters greet residents at Metro stations and pass out information and shouting out important facts about the Affordable Care Act and DC Health Link.

That’s not all! DC Health Link is making more resources available!

On the last day of Open Enrollment, DC Health Link is extending the hours at SIX enrollment centers— 2 Unity Health Care locations, Whitman Walker Health Center, the Community of Hope Conway Health Resource Center, Mary’s Center, and Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Library. Additionally, DC Health Link’s Contact Center will have extended hours to assist consumers.
