DC Public Schools is sponsoring a children’s literacy festival intended to inspire a love of reading and celebrate literacy at home, school and in the community by inviting local authors, storytellers, and organizations to connect our youngest learners and their families. This festival will be designed as a multi-disciplinary event filled with children’s activities that involve storytelling, music, art, drama, science, art, and resources for families.
