The Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Events DC will host their eighth annual embassy celebration dinner series on Tuesday, September 27th at the Carnegie Library at Mt. Mount Vernon Square. This year, the GWHCC will honor Mari Carmen Aponte, the Acting Assistance Secretary of State for Western Hemisphere Affairs with the Public Service Award. During the event ambassadors and leaderships from the government and business community, will discuss the value and impact of local and international Hispanic community in the economy of Washington DC.
