During the session, “The Power of Innovative Tactics to Reach the Uninsured,” Dr. Linda Wharton Boyd, Director of Communications, External Affairs and Stakeholder Engagement, DC Health Benefit Exchange Authority will share with conference participants some of the innovative strategies for informing, educating, and enrolling hard-to-reach populations in health insurance coverage as well as identify challenges and barriers to the process.  PACHC is a consumer- and community-focused non-profit 501(c) 3 organization that since 1981 has served Community Health Centers (FQHCs and FQHC Look-Alikes), Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) and other like-mission providers across the state.
