DC Health Link in partnership with Assister organization, Mary’s Center, will be hosting a community outreach event with special emphasis on inclusion of the LGBTQ community. Information about the ACA and DC Health Link – the District’s health insurance marketplace -- Medicaid options for individuals and families, financial help, and one-on-one enrollment assistance will be included. The event will provide an opportunity to get answers to many questions regarding health insurance options, and to access FREE HIV, cholesterol, and blood pressure health screenings.
