The Mayor's Office on Latino Affairs will host this event featuring presentations by Immigrant Justice Legal Service’s grantees. This is a program started by Mayor Bowser in 2017 to provide funding to community-based organizations, private organizations, associations, and law firms that do legal work for immigrants in the District, and residents will be able to ask questions and learn more about next steps. DC Health Link certified Assisters will be will be onsite to provide in-person education and enrollment assistance to District consumers as well as answer questions, and provide information about Medicaid options and financial help with plan premiums.
