The District of Columbia Health Benefit Exchange Authority (DCHBX) released an electronic solicitation Request for Proposals (RFP) via E-Sourcing –DOC705656 for Information Technology Consulting Services (SBE Set-Aside). HBX an independent agency of the DC Government, is issuing this request for proposals (RFP) to solicit one or more qualified, experienced contractors to provide information technology support services in three broad areas: (1) ongoing operations and maintenance of HBX IT systems (“O&M”); (2) design, development, and implementation of software customizations and enhancements to the DC Health Link exchange platform (“C&E”); and (3) specialized IT staffing services as needed (“ITS”).
HBX contemplates award of one or more Indefinite Delivery‑Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. HBX reserves the right to make no contract awards, or to make “split awards” if determined to be in the best interest of the agency.
