DC Health Link is partnering with United Way NCA for the 5th Annual Project Homeless Connect. Project Homeless Connect (PHC) brings together essential services at the area’s largest resource fair to meet the needs of neighbors who are experiencing homelessness. By eliminating barriers that keep homeless individuals from breaking free of the cycle of homelessness, they are winning. DC Health Link certified Assisters will be on-site to provide in-person education and enrollment support to District residents, as well as answer questions, and provide information about Medicaid options and financial help with plan premiums.
