Carahsoft Technology Corp hosts the eighth annual Citizen Engagement Seminar. This one-day event will discuss how agencies are tackling citizen engagement initiatives including digital communications, data visualization and analysis, citizen self-service, social media and more. Industry thought leaders and public sector experts will join together to discuss best practices for improving agency-to-citizen engagement and customer service.
