The Small Business Fair is designed to respond to concerns of DC businesses about the inability to access sufficient capital and the challenges associated with procurement opportunities. Attendees will learn about new business strategies and best practices, as well as attend a workshop presented by a DC Health Link representative. The workshop will inform small business representatives of how the ACA may affect their business, available tax credits, new health insurance options, as well as specifics needed for enrollment in SHOP (Small Business Health Options Program). Business representatives can take advantage of the opportunity to speak one-on-one with preferred certified Brokers about their specific business needs.
