Details: DC Health Link is partnering with the Metropolitan Police Department for the “*MPD-Beat The Streets-DC,” a community initiative designed to celebrate togetherness, dispel violence, improve community relations, encourage District residents to live in peace and to aspire residents to enhance their quality of life. DC Health Link certified assisters will be on-site to inform uninsured District residents about quality, affordable health insurance options through DCHealthLink.com, and share information about free expert enrollment help and financial support.  The assisters will also answer any questions residents may have and encourage enrollment in health plans.
