Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton will host an all-day Small Business Fair for residents and small businesses in the District of Columbia. The Fair takes up matters D.C. businesses most often face – raising sufficient capital and the problems associated with procurement opportunities and access to technology, among many others.
