Research indicates that nearly 1 in 5 young adults do not have health insurance! During the White House’s designated “Millennials Week of Action” (Jan 18-24) hundreds of organizations, community groups, and individuals are coming together in a unified effort to ensure young adults know about their new health care options, and enroll in health coverage. DC Health Link will hold an information session at Cove advising their small business owners and individual members to enroll in quality affordable health coverage and how to take advantage of FREE one-on-one enrollment support as well as see if they qualify for monthly premium reductions. In addition, a DC Health Benefit Exchange Senior Advisor for Small Business will be available with information about insurance options for small business owners and their employees.
