DC Health Link is sending convenient E-blast and text message reminders to District residents who signed up to receive the latest news and information directly to their inbox and mobile device.  When residents pull out their cell phones and go into their inboxes, they will receive “quick-wipe” to-the-point messages about the December 15th deadline for coverage beginning on New Year’s Day (Jan 1).
