Detail:  DC Health Link, in partnership with the Department of Human Services (DHS), the Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF), Carlos Rosario International Public Charter School and the Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GWHCC) offers a Virtual one-stop-shop health insurance enrollment experience.  Residents receive online enrollment support services, expert help from licensed certified brokers and certified assisters, identity proofing, eligibility determination, residency verification, and legal assistance.
