After an opening by Mr. Alan Weil of Health Affairs, Ms. Marilyn Werber Serafini of Alliance for Health Reform will moderate the session where Ms. Kofman will provide remarks to include information about the launch of DC’s new consumer decision support tool that helps pair people with the most appropriate plan, as well as the 3rd Open Enrollment Period – Nov. 1, 2015 – Jan. 31, 2016.
