The Southwest Neighborhood Assembly (SWNA), was founded in the 1960s to help create rich and equal social, educational, and economic opportunities for residents of Southwest DC. At SWNA’s May meeting, DC Health Benefit Exchange Authority staff will provide updates on DC Health Link, the District’s online health insurance marketplace, including current federal government and congressional efforts to change the Affordable Care Act.
