Details: January 31 is the last day District residents can enroll in a quality, affordable health insurance plan with coverage effective March 1, 2023. With this deadline approaching, Rush-Hour “Fact Mobs” will greet residents at key Metro stations with information and reminders about the upcoming January 31 deadline and how to enroll online, by phone or through the virtual One Touch Enrollment process.
