The Bowser Administration will conduct a public hearing to review the 2020 individual and small group health insurance rates proposed by insurance carriers offering health plans sold on DC Health Link, the District’s online insurance marketplace. During the hearing, the Department of Insurance, Securities and Banking (DISB) Commissioner, Stephen Taylor, will also provide the insurers the opportunity to present their proposed rates, the DC Health Benefit Exchange Authority to present the recommendations of its actuaries, as well as allow the public to provide comments on health insurance rates.
