The District’s faith community has been an invaluable partner in the effort to reach, educate, and enroll consumers in quality affordable health insurance. DC Health Link’s Faith-In Action campaign was designed to engage the faith community to assist with outreach and enrollment in their congregations and surrounding communities.  To kick-off the start of National African American Enrollment Week of Action, DC Health Link has partnered with local houses of worship to share information about the 2022 Open Enrollment Period, quality, affordable health insurance and lower premiums for all of 2022 thanks to the American Rescue Plan Act.  Pulpit messaging from faith leaders as well as video vignettes are the vehicles for disseminating information. Worshippers will be encouraged to enroll in quality, affordable health insurance in 2022 and take advantage of the much lower monthly premiums.
