The Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with DC Health Link, will host a Design Thinking Workshop. If you are a business owner or if you aspire to launch a business soon, it is essential that you deeply understand your customer and that you know how to use that understanding to improve your product or service. In this workshop, participants will learn about customer discovery and how to use customer discovery to reinforce their business and prepare for growth.
