The District of Columbia Health Benefit Exchange Authority (DCHBX) released an electronic solicitation Invitation for Bid (IFB) via E-Sourcing –DOC7069818 for Temporary Staffing Services (SBE Set-Aside).  HBX an independent agency of the DC Government, is issuing this IFB to solicit multiple qualified, experienced contractors to provide qualified 1099 independent contractors and temporary staff support (W-2) on an as needed basis. HBX contemplates award of multiple Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts.
