DC Health Link in partnership with local beauty salons and barber shops will distribute enrollment information to customers about quality, affordable health insurance through DC Health Link. Customers will be reminded of the January 31 deadline and receive instructions on how to enroll online, by phone, in-person or through the virtual One Touch Enrollment process.
