The DC Health Benefit Exchange is requesting a non-binding letter of intent from issuers who plan to offer health or dental plans in the District’s Exchange in 2014.  The letter can be sent by email and we are asking that issuers include the following information:

• Estimated number of plans per tier
• Types of products to be offered (HMO, PPO, etc.)

Please submit the letter of intent by April 15, 2013, to Bonnie Norton ([email protected]) at the Exchange.
