The HBX must become financially self-sustaining by January 1, 2015. A proposed rule has been drafted for initial comment before the formal process is initiated. Comments on the proposed rule are requested by close of business January 30, 2015. Comments should be sent to [email protected].

The vehicle for collection of the assessment will be the process used by DISB to collect assessments for the ombudsman program.
