The DC Chamber of Commerce (DCCC) is hosting a dialogue with Attorney General Karl Racine, Councilmember Mary Cheh (Ward 3), and DC Appleseed Executive Director Walter Smith on the Home Rule Act, commuter tax restrictions, Universal Paid Leave and related matters. The basis of the discussion is based on B22-035, the Universal Paid Leave Amendment Act of 2017, which was introduced by Councilmember Cheh.
