Kwanzaa is a seven-day African American and Pan-African cultural holiday celebrated by millions throughout the world African community. It was created to reaffirm heritage, culture and bonding among the African world community. DC Health Link assister organization, DC Primary Care Association, will participate in the Ward 8 Kwanzaa Community Celebration along with and DC Health Link certified assisters to provide information about quality affordable health insurance coverage and financial help to reduce the cost of monthly premiums.
