At the Health Fair sponsored by George Washington University, DC Health Link will provide a Special Enrollment Period opportunity for individuals who qualify and enroll those who are eligible for Medicaid. A “special enrollment period” allows a qualified person and other family members in the household to select a new plan or enroll in a plan for the first time after open enrollment has ended.
