DC Health Link will exhibit at this annual Ward 4 event to meet residents and provide them with information about DC Health Link. Food, refreshments, games and activities for families of all ages will take place. Various government and nongovernment agencies will also participate and provide information to the residents about their programs.

DC Health Link will present at the quarterly meeting of public finance officers of the Washington metro area and surrounding MD and VA cities and counties. The session on the ACA and DC Health Link will begin at 2:45 pm. The presentation will address the Affordable Care and how it is impacting District finances; how DCHL is funded, the proposed DCHBX Sustainability Plan.
The HSC Health Care System’s June Fair is a free health expo for the whole family. DC Health Link will exhibit affordable health insurance options available to consumers as a result of implementation of Affordable Care Act. Information will include eligibility options and enrollment guidance for individuals and small businesses, as well as an enrollment checklist. A range of health-related information, resources and screenings, as well as children’s amusements, live entertainment, cooking and exercise demonstrations will also be available.
