Greater Washington Dystonia Medical Support Group

A DC Health Link representative, one of a panel of speakers, will present information and answer questions regarding the Affordable Care Act (ACA), DC Health Link, the District’s online health insurance marketplace, and Medicaid to members of the Greater Washington Dystonia Medical Support Group, as well as referring patients and care givers. Information will afford attendees the ability to understand and access resources provided by the ACA so patients can better address their medical needs.

This session is designed to assist small business owners enroll in the DC Health Link.  Trained and certified insurance brokers and staff will be on site to provide one-on-one assistance in creating an account, navigating the online system and completing the enrollment process.  Also, brokers will provide information and answer questions.  By appointment only. DC Health Link Enrollment on Wheels for Small Business Owners

DC Health Link and The Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce have partnered to offer health insurance enrollment for District small business owners and their employees.  Certified in-person assisters and licensed brokers will be available to offer enrollment support on the DC Connect Mobile Unit which is equipped with Wi-Fi stations and privacy for enrollees.
