DC Health Link assister organization, East River Family Strengthening Collaborative (ERFSC), has established a partnership with the Giant Supermarket to provide an on-site enrollment/informational center with certified DC Health Link Assisters to assist consumers in their need for health insurance and understanding the health plan options.
