This event is a health and wellness fair at Casa Ruby, whose target population is the Latino LGBT. Two (2) Spanish speaking WWH Assisters will be on site to provide education and enrollment services.
Approximately 20 experts from across sectors, including HBX Board member Khalid Pitts, will participate in a solutions-focused exchange centered on accessible, affordable and equitable health services and systems. They will explore how to best integrate enhanced technology for improving health, and how to adapt health systems to anticipate and aid shifting populations and evolving economies.
AHIP Exchange Conference for 2013 will address the progress of open enrollment and the implementation of various Exchanges. As we move closer to January 1, the conference will also offer a unique opportunity to hear from the leadership implementing Exchanges at the state and federal levels.
