DC Health Link, in partnership with the Department of Human Services (DHS), Carlos Rosario International Public Charter School and the Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GWHCC) has established the One Touch Enrollment Centers. The One Touch Enrollment events will provide free one-on-one virtual health insurance enrollment support services and resources including identity proofing and verification, insurance program eligibility, Medicaid enrollment, information about lower premiums, and legal assistance.

In celebration of Words AIDS Day, three local jurisdictions (DC, MD, and VA) will come to together to raise awareness of the AIDS pandemic caused by the spread of HIV infection, to honor those who have died of the disease and to encourage political leaders to keep their commitment to achieving universal access to HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment, care, and support.

EdFEST is the District’s citywide school fair, where families can explore DC public school options for their children. The event will feature a health fair with child immunizations. DC Health Link Assister along with the Outreach Teams will be onsite to enroll and distribute information to residents attending this event.

The 25th Annual Feast of Sharing, sponsored by Safeway, will feature meals for thousands of people in need. The annual event will feature live musical entertainment, free health screenings, community service exhibitors, and fun door prizes.
