LGBTQ Enrollment Weeks of Action run December 1 – 15, 2018 and are designed to implement intensive and multifaceted outreach strategies to reach and enroll members of this community. During the Enrollment Weeks of Action, DC Health Link and the Capital Area Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce will host a “Networking & Enrollment Breakfast Meet Up” to reach and enroll members of the LGBT community in quality, affordable health insurance.

The Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GWHCC) and DC Health Link collaborated with Carlos Rosario School to offer health insurance information and enrollment services directly to consumers. DC Health Link certified assisters would be on site to provide in-person education and enrollment assistance to District consumers as well as answer questions, and provide information about Medicaid options and financial help with plan premiums.
