DC Health Link, in partnership with the Department of Human Services (DHS), the Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF), and Carlos Rosario International Public Charter School, has established One Touch Enrollment events designed to provide health insurance enrollment services and resources including on-site identity proofing, verification, Medicaid enrollment, premium reductions, and the free one-on-one enrollment support.
DC Health Link will be on site at the Toy Drive and End of Year Celebration hosted by the Mayor’s Office on Asian and Pacific Islander Affairs (MOAPIA). Certified and trained in-person assisters will be available with information about high-quality affordable health insurance through DCHealthLink.com as well as information about financial assistance for reduced monthly premiums payments, and Medicaid eligibility. They will also answer questions and offer application assistance. FREE one-on-one enrollment support will be provided.

The DC Health Link Open Enrollment Community Day & Health Fair is designed as a citywide activity to promote the 2018 DC Health Link Open Enrollment Period, which begins November 1, 2018 and runs through January 31, 2019. The Fair will provide an opportunity for District residents, small business owners and their employees to learn about and enroll in quality, affordable health insurance through DC Health Link, the District's online health insurance marketplace.
