New Opportunity
The DC Health Benefit Exchange Authority (the Authority) has contracted with MB Staffing to provide temporary staff to support the immediate needs of the Authority’s Members Services division. This would involve reaching out directly to consumers and working with consumer accounts at the direction of the Authority Member Services Manager. Staff would be required to maintain the highest level of customer service and privacy.
Qualifications include certification as a DC Health Link Assister, current or prior. Performance level, quality of customer service and maintenance of privacy while a DC Health Link Assister will be considered.
