The District of Columbia Health Benefit Exchange Authority (DCHBX) is scheduled to release an electronic solicitation Request for Proposal (RFP) via E-Sourcing –DOC310965 for Call Center Services.  The agency is seeking a contractor to staff and  train customer service representatives, and operate a contact center supporting individuals who are applying for and enrolling into health coverage through the District’s Marketplace, DC Health Link.
