What/Who:      
The Executive Board of the DC Health Benefit Exchange (HBX) Authority will hold its regularly scheduled monthly meeting today. The agenda will include reports and recommendations from the following Advisory Working Groups: Plan Offerings and Benefit Standardization, Individual Market Premium Collection, Quality Health Plans (QHP) Issuer Certification Process, and Network Adequacy.  Appointments to the Plan Management and Consumer Assistance & Outreach Advisory Groups will be announced by Dr. Mohammad Akhter, Board chairman. Executive director, Mila Kofman, will present a recommended market transition plan.  A copy of the agenda is attached.
