BACKGROUND:
DC Health Link and diverse community groups are hosting a series of leadership summits and business roundtables throughout the summer and fall for specific communities and populations. Educational sessions are designed to inform community leaders of the new health insurance law (the Affordable Care Act) and encourage them to share the information and messages received at the summits and roundtables with their network of constituents. Health care law experts will also be in attendance to answer questions and concerns.
