Background:
Town hall meetings will be held in each of the District’s eight wards. The meetings are part of a broader community outreach awareness effort to inform individuals, families, and small business owners about the ACA.

A team of experts will share information and answer questions not only about the new health care law, but also about health insurance options that will be available through DC Health Link, the District’s new online health insurance marketplace. Medicaid options also will be discussed.
