Trained experts to be available 4 days a week to educate and enroll DC residents at Good Success Christian Church and Ministries.
What/Who:
DC Health Link Assister organization, Good Success Christian Church and Ministries (GSCCM) will open a health insurance enrollment center every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday through March 30, 2014 except on holidays. The center will be located at 4401 Sheriff Road, NE.
DC Health Link Assisters will be available during operating hours to provide information, answer questions, and enroll residents in affordable public and private health insurance plans. GSCCM is just one of 33 DC Health Link Assister organizations providing daily education and outreach about DCHealthLink.com and the Affordable Care Act.

Background:
The Good Success Christian Church and Ministries Enrollment Center is a major component of the DC Health Link faith-based initiative, which is designed to actively engage faith leaders in the campaign to reach and enroll District residents and small businesses in affordable health insurance plans.
The new health law provides individuals, families, and small businesses in the District of Columbia with new options for quality, affordable health insurance. DC Health Link is the District’s online health insurance marketplace that allows visitors to shop, compare, and buy coverage that fits their needs and budgets.
Eligible residents have until March 31, 2014, to enroll in a health insurance plan through DCHealthLink.com. Those who enroll by December 23, 2013, will have benefits effective January 1, 2014. Small businesses can enroll through DCHealthLink.com at any point.
