The Executive Board of the Health Benefit Exchange Authority, pursuant to the requirements of Section 6 of the Health Benefit Exchange Authority Establishment Act of 2011, effective March 2, 2012 (D.C. Law 19-0094), hereby announces a public meeting of the Executive Board. The meeting will be held Monday, September 24, 2012 at 5:30pm at the Department of Health, Room 407 at 899 North Capitol Street, NW, Washington, DC 20002.

The Executive Board meeting is open to the public. The topics to be discussed on the agenda include a Welcome and Overview of Agenda Topics, Approval of Minutes from the September 5, 2012 meeting, Presentation and Public Comments on the Insurance Subcommittee Essential Health Benefit (EHB) Recommendations, Update on the Exchange Certification Process, and Board Working Committee Updates.
