DC Health Link in partnership with DC Chamber of Commerce and DC Small Business Development Center, Howard University School of Business will host a stakeholder briefing to share information about President Biden’s American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) which ushered in the largest expansion of the ACA since the ACA was enacted in 2010. The American Rescue Plan lowers monthly premiums for residents with individual coverage on DC Health Link and lowers monthly premiums for the entire 2022 plan year. In addition, participants will learn about the DC Health Link FY 22 Open Enrollment Period, Special Enrollment Period and how businesses that do not currently offer health insurance, can encourage employees to enroll through the induvial marketplace during Open Enrollment (Nov 1 – Jan 31).
